We're so happy you've found your way to us!

Full service weddings are what we live for. We create gorgeous, one-of-a-kind wedding florals by using the flowers we grow right here in our fields.  Because of the amazing materials we have on the farm, our designs are unique, fresh, and fascinating, like nothing you can get from a traditional florist. They are also seasonal, so they reflect the time of year you will say your vows, making your wedding florals that much more special.

We have 3 years of experience designing for hundreds of weddings at venues across the front range, so we know what it takes to make your day perfect. Let us design something incredible, just for you.

Review Our Information

Please read our letter and the information on this page, and be sure to review our Portfolio to make sure we are a good match for you.

Check Our Availability

Contact me to make sure your date is open. I'll send you a link to our online order form so we can create your estimate.

Submit Order Form

Complete and submit the order form with as much information as you have. We will ask you for missing pieces later.

Review Estimate

Within a week of receiving your form, we will send you a line-itemized estimate based on the details you provided. Rental vases are included for all our arrangements, unless you want us to arrange in your own vases (make sure they hold water!).

Contract & Deposit

After approving your order, send a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the estimate and a signed copy of our contract to reserve your date on our calendar. Your deposit will be applied toward your final balance, so send it early to make sure you have a spot, and don’t worry about changes you may make later. We ask that you make your decision within 30 days of receiving our estimate. You can pay via check made out to Farmette Flowers, or via this PayPal link.

Schedule Your Meeting

At this in-person meeting, or alternately over the phone, we will discuss ideas for your wedding florals and refine the details that will bring your vision to life. Based on your color palette and style, we will discuss a plan that fits your personality and is consistent with the aesthetics of your big day.  Following your consultation, we will send a detailed floral and event design proposal with itemized costs for you to review.

Communicate Any Changes

After reviewing your detailed design proposal, you can approve the plan as drafted, or request specific changes. We ask that you consolidate these changes into one message and send to helen@lyonsfarmette.com.

Final Review & Payment

Six weeks prior to your event, we will get in touch to finalize your order and request any last-minute changes. You will have one week to make these changes - any additions made less than 30 days prior to your wedding will incur additional charges. We cannot make reductions to your order less than 30 days prior to your event. Final payment is due 30 days before your event.

Enjoy Your Flowers!

Relax and enjoy! We’ll handle all the floral set-up details and deliver the freshest and most beautiful flowers for your day.  We deliver your bouquets, crowns, and personal flowers, make sure they all fit well, and make any final touches. We pin all boutonnières before your first look and get your corsages to the right people. Then, we work on setting up your dinner tables and your ceremony site. 

Any vases, containers, structure, or carrying cases rented to you can be left at River Bend or the Lyons Farmette for us to pick up. At other venues, we can pick up on the night of the wedding if necessary.
